"What Affects The Mind, Effects The Body"

With just 4 days left to my first Pro show, aside from daydreaming about the carbs that suddenly vanished from my meal plan, my mind is more focused than ever. To say it's been a journey is an understatement. This transformation is just one intricate piece to the puzzle that represents me, but I'm not complete yet.

Like the throttle of my Yamaha R-1 motorcycle, I refuse to let up on my dreams. Instead, I will continue to press toward the calling I have on my life. As I say to my Body Effx's Team, "I'm going in!" The foundation has been laid. The path is clear. Now, the time has come for me to walk it out.
