"What Affects The Mind, Effects The Body"

2 days and 18 minutes until my first Pro show. I can feel my heart racing through my chest like a sprinter in their final strides towards the finish line. Each beat reminds me of the journey I took to get to that place called "there". Without the beat, the rhythm in which I move my life, there would be no me. No Body Effx. No team.
