Q.“When you prepare your meals, like oatmeal, do you
      add anything to it like almonds or walnuts?”

A.Yes! It all depends if I am in on
      season training or off season training. On season training I am very
      plain. Nothing but oatmeal with flax. Every ingredient is counted for
      when you are in on season training. Off season I enjoy a little without going
      too far off track. My oatmeal is made with:
- 1/4cup of dry oatmeal and a Tsp.
      flax 
- Depending on how I feel I will put a
      hand full of almonds slivers or pecan(now I am a fan of pecans)
- 1 to 2 tsp. of Stevia and to just give it that comfort feeling. I add a tbl spoon of Pumpkin butter (which I get from MOM’s market).
